Shibori head designer and textile artist Pepa Martin will be exhibiting with the "Designing with fabric" exhibition at
the Balmain Watch House Gallery.

Opening night July 2nd 2010. All welcome!


A diverse collection; Pepa will include a series of kites housing her silks. The kites represent the freedom that comes with
Shibori. Controlled but only by a very trained professional or free to fly randomly leading to the unknown.
The kite represents flight, childhood, fun and control while making an elegant installation to display the silk.
